Grassland Bird Technicians
Technicians will work at multiple locations on private and public land in southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba conducting bird surveys in effort to monitor and evaluate grassland bird populations.
Prairie Programs Biostatistics Analyst
This position will be integral to translating grassland and wetland bird data collected through monitoring activities into the implementation of tools to

Newfoundland Breeding Bird Atlas Field Technician
Birds Canada is seeking 2-4 skilled field biologists to conduct surveys for the Newfoundland Breeding Bird Atlas for 10 weeks beginning June 1st, 2023.

The Field and Outreach Technician is a joint role spanning two programs and will report to the Urban Engagement and Events Coordinator and the Ontario Piping Plover Field Coordinator, task dependent.
Field Technician – Ontario Piping Plover Program
The Piping Plover Field Technician will report daily to the Ontario Piping Plover Field Coordinator; and will assist with all aspects of the program. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; beach surveys, nest monitoring, data collection and entry, implementing recovery activities, public outreach and education on beaches and at special events, volunteer coordination, and public speaking.
