I am a seasoned international grants, finance, and compliance leader with more than three decades of experience supporting complex, multi-country programs across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. My career has centred on advancing gender equality, human rights, food security, and climate justice through strong, trust-based partnerships with grassroots organizations, women’s rights groups, and local civil society. I have managed large-scale portfolios funded by Global Affairs Canada and major Canadian foundations, bringing deep expertise in budgeting, compliance, risk management, and partner capacity strengthening.I lead with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to creating safe, collaborative spaces where teams and partners can thrive.
