The role focuses on editing species accounts, fact‑checking scientific text, and drafting new written materials that help communicate key Atlas findings to a broad audience.
Piping Plover Technician

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; beach surveys, nest monitoring, data collection and entry, implementing recovery activities, public outreach and education on beaches and at special events, social media, volunteer coordination, and public speaking.
Senior Director, Wildlife Tracking Systems

Volunteer Internship – Bird Observatories
Seasonal volunteer internships are available at Birds Canada’s two bird observatories situated at two of Ontario’s foremost bird migration hotspots; Long Point Bird Observatory, on the north shore of Lake Erie, and Thunder Cape Bird Observatory which it operates in partnership with the Thunder Bay Field Naturalists on the north shore of Lake Superior, near Thunder Bay, Ontario.
