DESCRIPTION:Join Birds Canada’s Prairie team for a free 10-week program focused on learning wetland birds and amphibians by sight and sound. Starting March 4\, the MarshWatch – Prairie edition will include 10 evening webinars as well self-guided activities for you and your family. There is much overlap with other regions in Canada\, and participants have tuned in from across North America in years past. \nLive webinars take place at 7 PM every Wednesday evening\, starting March 4 and run for 10 weeks\, ending May 6. DESCRIPTION:Join the Birds Canada Waterbirds and Wetland team for an 8-week\, 5 live webinar\, excursion to learn about Wetlands birds and frogs of the Great Lakes.  Learn why wetlands are important\, how to identify wetland bird and frogs by site and sound; and how to collect data using the NatureCounts app.  Starting March 25\, there will be a free training webinar every other Wednesday. On the alternate weeks you will be encouraged to visit your favourite wetland and use our self-guided activities to build your identification skills.
