Meals: Coffee, tea, lunch, and dinner are included in the registration fee for November 7-9

Meals and Cleanup: 

Breakfast – Fend for yourself. Basic snacks and fruit, coffee and tea will be available at Birds Canada Headquarters. For those staying at LPBO Old Cut or Long Point Eco-Adventures breakfast food will be provided, but will be self-serve. Clean up will also be everyone’s responsibility.  

 Lunch and Dinner – These meals will be catered at Birds Canada Headquarters and are included in the $150 registration fee. Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available (if requested in advance). Most major cleanup will be taken advantage of, but please help out whenever possible. 

 Schedule:   

Friday, November 7: Travel day and Owl Banding open house at Old Cut Field Station (location #2). Wine, cheese, and owls at the Old Cut Research Stations from 1900 to 2100. There will also be samples of NABC activities/tests on display. 

Saturday, November 8:  Birds Canada HQ (Location # 1) See agenda for more details. A tour of Long Point Bird Observatory’s Old Cut Research Station (location # 2) is scheduled for Saturday morning.   

Sunday, November 9:  Birds Canada HQ (Location # 1) See agenda for more details. Optional birding field trips. Dinner and evening plenary at Long Point Eco-Adventures.
