Fraser Valley Conservancy: The Fraser Valley Conservancy was established in 1998 as a charitable organization to protect land and water for future generations. We have secured over 30 acres of wildlife habitat containing mature forests, creeks and wetlands. Natural areas in the Fraser Valley are home to some of the richest biodiversity in the lower mainland and it is our goal to ensure they are conserved.

Environment and Climate Change Canada:

Madrone Environmental Services Ltd.: Established in 1988, Madrone Environmental Services Ltd. is a multidisciplinary consulting firm focusing on the environmental aspects of land management. In today?s business climate most organizations have both regulatory mandates and internal commitments to environmental practices. We are dedicated to meeting those challenges in a cost-effective and scientifically sound manner. Our services range from developing overall plans to managing the environmental effects of clients? projects to providing specific scientific expertise in agrology, archaeology, ecology, fisheries, geoscience, GIS, hydrology, and wildlife.

British Columbia Ministry of Environment: The Ministry of Environment plays an essential role in encouraging and supporting the efforts of British Columbians to maintain a healthy environment and the important benefits that accompany it enhanced human health, sustainable economic development and a high quality of life. We work to protect, manage and enhance the province's natural environment to help ensure that the benefits we enjoy today will be available for our children and grandchildren in the future. We champion environmental stewardship, provide environmental educational and promotional opportunities, engage stakeholders, and vigorously promote the sustainable use of the province's environmental resources. We strive to enhance the protection and stewardship of water and air resources, ensure that healthy and diverse native species and ecosystems are maintained and that outstanding recreation and wildlife services and opportunities are available to all.

Habitat Acquisition Trust: Habitat Acquisition Trust is a regional land trust that conserves nature on south Vancouver Island. We envision a future where the full array of natural habitats on south Vancouver Island and southern Gulf Islands is healthy and conserved. HAT accepts donations of property, purchases land, and helps landowners establish permanent legal restrictions to protect natural habitats. HAT works in partnership with governments and other non-profit organizations to achieve our goals. We also work with communities, schools, and individual landowners to enhance habitat protection on private land - making everyone part of the solution!
