Partners and sponsors

Canadian Wind Energy Association: The Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) is a non-profit trade association that promotes the appropriate development and application of all aspects of wind energy in Canada, including the creation of a suitable policy environment. Established in 1984, CanWEA represents the wind energy community — organizations and individuals who are directly involved in the development and application of wind energy technology, products and services. Our members are Canada’s wind energy leaders. They are wind energy owners, operators, manufacturers, project developers, consultants, and service providers, and other organizations and individuals interested in supporting Canada’s wind energy industry.

Canadian Wildlife Service: The Canadian Wildlife Service - Environment Canada is Canada's national wildlife agency, which handles wildlife matters that are the responsibility of the federal government. This includes the protection and management of migratory birds and nationally important wildlife habitat, endangered species, research on nationally important wildlife issues, control of international trade in endangered species, and international treaties.

Bird Studies Canada: Bird Studies Canada (BSC) is Canada's national bird conservation organization. Its mission is to advance the understanding, appreciation and conservation of wild birds and their habitats through studies that engage the skills, enthusiasm and support of volunteers, members, staff and the interested public. BSC conducts a wide range of local, regional, national and international programs, dependant upon the active involvement of thousands of volunteer "Citizen Scientists", guided by a small group of professional scientists.

Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources: In partnership with you, the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) manages and protects Ontario's natural resources for wise use across the province. Together we all contribute to the environmental, social and economic well-being of Ontario. Our combined efforts work toward meeting today's needs and at the same time ensuring that natural resources will be available for future generations.
